Memories can light up on canvas and surprise with a new meaning
I am a painter by passion and education. I graduated from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn (Poland) in 2004, with a Master of Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts. Landscapes, my main theme of creativity, can flourish on canvas and surprise with new meanings. I like dynamics, urgency and diversity of big cities, but perhaps as means of escape from everyday life, in my painting I am looking for peace, purity and beauty which are given by nature, with their fertility and resistance to mankind.
Inspired from nature
I have already shown my works several times in solo exhibitions in Poland. Among others: Agora SA, Zywiciel. followed a solo exhibition at the Irydion. In between I also worked with Galeria Freta 22 in Warsaw.
I am a member of BBK (Berufsverband Bildender Künstlerinnen und Künstler München und Oberbayern e.V.) – professional association of artists in Munich and Bavaria.
I am Polish, I lived in Cracow and Warsaw for several years, but a few years ago I moved to Munich / Germany. I love the nature around the city. The enchanting region with its many lakes and mountains is irresistible to me – whether I look for inspiration or just want to hike and find peace. While not painting I like to go trekking, so for me it’s important to live in the area where it’s easily available.
Home deco & real space
Photoshooting this session was a lot of fan, even though the weather was bit difficult and didn’t give us much light. Soft box lamps helped and I can show you those inspirations. I hope it will help you to imagine how the paintings may look like in a real space.
